We want you to love what you wear. If something isn't right, we make returns simple.

Return Window

Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

Sale items, made-to-order pieces, and accessories are final sale and cannot be returned unless received damaged or defective.

How to Start a Return

Contact us through the Contact page or WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the next steps.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

Need a different size? Let us know when you request your return, and we'll prioritise your exchange, subject to stock availability.
